For products that are purchased from basiner webstore www.basiner.com or from our authorized dealers/retailers, we provide a limited warranty that on delivery and for a period of 2 years from delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to its original owner with a valid proof of purchase, this warranty shall cover material and manufacturing defects. However, this guarantee does not apply in the circumstances described below:

This guarantee does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from:

• fair wear and tear;
• wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident (including but not limited to lighting, water, fire, misuse, neglect, alteration, or defacing), negligence by you or by any third party;
• repairs or adjustments which have been conducted by unauthorized service organizations or persons;
• misuse of the product including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose;  

This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, or the consumer's right against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.

What to do?

To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.
